Shipping: We ship your products in one shipment. If a product is
late from the vendor, we may ship your package in two separate
shipments at our cost. When your item is shipped, we will
email you to alert you of its pending delivery date.
Unfortunately different shipping companies handle
products in different ways. We are constantly reviewing our
shipping procedures and making improvements on your
deliveries. Our goal is to give you competent, fast service
and make your crafting experience fun and easy!
Returns: If you order something that is not correct, we want to
help. You may return unopened kits within
90 days. Just email us at: Sales@NewEnglandArtsAndCrafts.com with
your invoice number and we will give you a Return
Authorization Number (RAN) to include in your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without an RAN on the
label. Open kits and items purchased beyond the 90 day return
period are also not accepted.
My Kit is missing a piece! It does not happen often, but sometimes the manufacturer
forgets to include something in your kit. In that case, the
manufacturer will be more than happy to complete your kit.
Contact us with the problem and we will put you in direct
contact with the vendor responsible. Please Note:
NewEnglandArtsAndCrafts.com only works with vendors who hold
the same high standards of customer service that we do. If you
have a problem, both NewEnglandArtsAndCrafts.com and our
vendors want to do everything we can to get you back to your
crafts.
